Items purchased at MEV Hong Kong store and online will be accepted for exchange as long as the following conditions are met. We apologise for not being able to offer returns and refunds.
Items for exchange must be in new condition with all the original product tags attached. They must not have been washed, perfumed, worn or altered.
The following items are considered final sale upon payment and are not eligible for exchange.
- Intimates and accessories (including lingerie, hosiery, swimwear, sleepwear, belly bands)
- Gift certificates
- Sales and promotional items
For purchases made at the store, items must be returned to the shop within 7 days.
For online purchases, exchange requests should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Items must be returned to MEV within 10 days of receiving the merchandise to be eligible for exchange. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the exchange. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and MEV is not responsible for lost returns. Customers will need to bear the shipping charges on both the return and re-shipment deliveries, and the returned item(s) must be shipped via traceable, insured mail or a recognized courier.
Customers have the choice to either ship or bring the item(s) with the receipt to our Hong Kong store for the exchange.

Qualifying items may only be exchanged once per purchase.
For replacement items of lower value, the excess amount will be forfeited. For replacement items of higher value, customers will make good the difference.
MEV reserves the right to refuse any exchanges that do not meet any of the above conditions. In the event of a dispute, MEVas decision is final and conclusive.
